WELCOME BACK DANCERS AND PARENTS!!!!!


                         We hope you have all had a happy and restful summer and are so excited to see you all again. HERE ARE JUST A FEW REMINDERS:

         Dress Codes for 2026-2027- Please take the time to review the dress code. We appreciate that students come dressed appropriately to class.


          All Creative Movement- pink tights, pink leotard, pink ballet shoes, white tap shoes. Skirts are allowed,
 

      Beg. Tap - any dance wear is optional, black patent leather tap shoes.

         All Tap classes- Any form of dancewear, black split sole leather tap shoes with laces. 


      Beg. Jazz AND Musical Theatre classes- dance shorts, jazz pants, black leotard, black dance shorts or black leggings, and black jazz shoes.
All ALL Jazz Levels and Lyrical Classes- Tan Sophia Lucia’s. Leotard, dance shorts, or leggings. Tan or black tights. Students must be in dancewear. No t-shirts or baggy clothing.

      
All Ballet classes- black leotard, pink tights, pink shoes- no ballet skirts, no shorts, no tank tops or shorts.  
Hip-Hop- no dress code. No Jeans. Sneakers. Students will need black and white high top converse sneakers for the recital 
ACRO-unitard, leotard, dance shorts, bare feet. PLEASE NO T-SHIRTS OR LOOSE CLOTHING!


         *Please remember that all hair must be pulled up during class and all jewelry must be removed before entering the studio. There is absolutely no gum chewing in class.


          *All dance tuition is due by the 1st of each month. If your tuition is not paid by the 10h we will automatically take it out of the credit card that we have on file. We do not pro-rate any tuition for any month. All snow days can be made up. This includes children that miss the entire month except for one class in the month. Tuition will still be applied and the missed days must be used as make-ups. Make- ups are additional classes that are scheduled along with your monthly classes. There are no refunds of any kind for dance lessons.

        *CANCELLING TUITION- IF YOU DECIDE TO NOT RETURN OR CANCEL A CLASS, YOU MUST LET US KNOW BY THE 15TH OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH.

         *There is always information located at the front desk regarding the recital and studio closings. All the information is posted online as well at www.loprestidancetheatre.com  


        *We send out emails and remind texts. If you do not receive any of these please let the front desk know ASAP. 


        *Please make sure cell phones are left outside of the dance studio or are turned off upon entering. 


        *The studio is closed to outside people. Meaning students cannot bring family members or friends into class to watch. Creative Movement parents must wait outside during class. 


        DATES TO REMEMBER:
*October 5th  - October 11th   - Bring a Friend to class week

         October 24th  - October 29th- Halloween Week- wear your costume to class

        *December 14th- December 19th   - Pajama Week- Wear your PJ’s to class!


       *School closing calendar is posted online. Recital dates TBA.

      *Don’t see a class in our schedule that works for you. Get a group of    friends together and we will make one for you!

         *IF YOU WILL BE LATER PICKING UP YOUR CHILD PLEASE REMIND THEM TO WAIT INSIDE THE STUDIO UNTIL YOU ARRIVE.

*FOR LATE EVENING CLASS END TIME, PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD.
